Academy profile

The Academy's own details — the default profile used across the system. Letters, reports and e-mail templates pull these as merge fields; the signatories appear on Academy correspondence.

Only the System Administrator edits the organisation profile.

Every profile change is recorded in the audit trail with who changed it and when.
